Attractive and fairly clean hotel with extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Recently refurbished room, neat, with a double bed and the TVs, for example. Nice restaurant, for lunch and dinner.

Delightful place, I liked nice personnel.

The bathroom was clean and the room itself reasonably spacious. Coffee/tea making machines and a refrigerator where an advantage.

The room was reasonably large and the service was superb. The location was stunning for me. Distance to the airport was just 12 miles.

Appealing hotel, it was fairly clean, and the staff was amazingly nice and accommodating. The location of the property was marvellous, next to a shopping area and a market. Local fast food option Juici Patties was 5 minutes walk away.

It is hard to find a fairly priced small hotel that has a central location and extremely spacious and huge rooms. Courteous stuff, they smile all the time.

Peaceful hotel, staff were accommodating and the location was incredible on the sea in Ocho Rios. Really enjoyed a safe and a balcony in the room. There was an exceptional view of the ocean. The services were excellent, offered us good free Wi-Fi. Had a very comfortable time;))

Hibiscus lodge is clean, affordable, near Ocho Rios shopping and quite charming.

It's not an all-inclusive but serves well as a "second hotel" after you've done the all-inclusive thing.

Stunningly beautiful and delightful hotel, polite staff, thoroughly enjoyed stunning location adjacent to an endless blue ocean, and the cliff overlooking an incredible lagoon.

The food, staff, and service were excellent. The breakfast waiter was a superstar. The cleaner was brilliant. Tanisha at the bar was great. The gardens and pool were lovely. The spa staff were excellent. The location was good. The rooms were spacious and clean.

One particular person on the front desk- she could not be more unmotivated if she tried!! When asking questions her answers were nearly always "no" or " I do not know". Not willing to help. Just sat staring at you. Conversely Marlene, (I think) was very helpful and answered questions and provided information. How can you have someone on the front desk who does not even know general questions regarding the area, not specifics but for example, whether there was a bus to a certain area " I do not know" or which beach I should visit, which was the nicest, etc. No maps and no information provided by her. Surely they should have access to that information, I did not ask questions that would not have been asked before. Rooms very outdated and needed a bit of a freshen up- 20 year old bedspreads!! Mould on the shower curtain. My room did not look like the picture on the website. I was disappointed in my stay here.
